Dave and Sarah

Dear Birthparent(s):
Dave and I would like to thank you for taking the time to read our profile in hopes that you are considering us to be the adoptive parents of your baby. This is a heartbreaking process for all of us, your courage or making adoption your choice, and our hopes in becoming parents.
Dave and I met thirteen years ago and have been married for the last five years. We started trying for a family the day we were married without success.
Choosing the birth plan of adoption for your baby is a difficult choice. Dave and I want you to know that we will provide the baby with a lifetime of love and every opportunity for success in his or her life. We plan on being open about the adoption.

We live in a three-bedroom ranch home, which Dave and I have spent a great deal of time renovating and decorating. If the walls could talk they would be saying our home is a warm and loving environment ideal for starting a family. We look forward to making one of the bedrooms into a nursery.
Both Dave and I have wonderful families who support our decision to adopt, and will unconditionally welcome a child with open arms. We are very close with our families and like to spend as much time as possible with them. Your baby would instantly have 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 5 Aunts, 5 Uncles, 2 sets of grandparents and 3 great-grandmothers. We also have many very close friends who have young families and are also excited about our decision to adopt.

Dave and I have many hobbies that we share together. We enjoy riding our bikes and going on long walks with our puppies. We have a mini-longhaired Dachshund named Dino, a Weimeraner named Abbey, and black Labradoodle named Fergie. They are very sweet, gentle and fun to play with. We enjoy cookouts or barbeques in our backyard, entertaining with our friends and family. Dave and I also enjoy watching movies together or listening to music. We enjoy going out for dinner even though Dave is a pretty good cook. We also like watching Packer, Badger or Michigan Wolverine football games, swimming, spending the afternoon reading books at Barnes & Noble and taking care of our house.
We look forward to meeting and talking with you. We are easy to talk to and would love to answer any questions that you may have about us. Dave and I will provide unconditional love, security and a lifetime of happiness to your child.
With Hope in Our Hearts,
Sarah and David
